I'm proud of the leader I've grown into - someone who always brings a thoughtful opinion to the table and communicates it with clarity, confidence, and respect. Even in challenging situations, I'm able to express my perspective in a way that encourages collaboration rather than conflict. While I can't point to one single moment, what stands out most to me is the overall experience of working in an open, and collaborative environment. The day-to-day interactions, learning opportunities, and team discussions have been consistently interesting and engaging. Working in this environment with dynamic challenges and an open-door culture has taught me to stay adaptable, communicate appropriately, and focus on solutions.
