At the very first sign of the Covid-19 outbreak in China, I championed the preparedness of the organization for the disruption that I was sure was to come. Thanks to the meticulous, proactive planning and dedication of the whole ipNX Trybe, we became the only service provider to transition seamlessly. We maintained a high standard of operations with excellent delivery service. This had a positive impact on our productivity, revenue and employee engagement. It was a proud moment for ipNX, and I am glad I was part of that; as it was a practical illustration of what resilience, great teamwork and visionary leadership could achieve. In my earlier days, showing up to my work was like taking part in a Real Housewives of Broadband series. There was always something new and different going on, all sorts of impossible scenarios competed for attention and equal priority, whilst needing prompt and safe evaluations. Growth happens when courage meets responsibility. I have learnt to adapt quickly, lead with clarity and stay resilient in challenging moments. I have discovered that with the right mindset and the right people, any entity will be unbeatable and indeed, unstoppable.
